Microsoft word online not saving and leading to complete loss of my ...
I am using microsoft word online and whenever i attempt to save the document , it takes me to my onedrive and then on clicking save, nothing happens, now if i the arrow to go back to the document nothing is saved and the document has disappeared. I already lost a huge document yesterday and today im working on it again and the same is happening.

Our all of the users have this problem with word online. When users try to print the word document from word online, it does not print directly. It first convert to PDF and then only can print. Is there a way to stop this and be able to print without it being converted to PDF. Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks
